Aise-Incose
A fundamental role present in this proposal is the connection with INCOSE, the International Council on Systems Engineering, involved as AISE-INCOSE as associated partner. The main role of this associate partner is to enhance the connection with enterprises and similar training initiatives at international level, and to disseminate the EMSSE results as training guidelines.
AISE-INCOSE is the body that represents the Italian Chapter of the International Council on Systems Engineering. INCOSE is a not-for-profit membership organization founded to develop and disseminate the interdisciplinary principles and practices that enable the realization of successful systems. INCOSE is designed to connect SE professionals with educational, networking, and career-advancement opportunities in the interest of developing the global community of systems engineers and systems approaches to problems. INCOSE is also focused on producing state-of-the-art work products that support and enhance this discipline visibility in the world.
Ikerlan
IKERLAN is a leading knowledge transfer technological centre providing competitive value to companies in three technological specialisation units: Electronics, information and communication technologies, Energy and power electronics and Advanced manufacturing (https://www.ikerlan.es/). Every year, the company offers paid internships to develop final master projects at their facilities. Ikerlan is an official and industrial partner of EMSSE.

INDUSTRIAL PARTNERS
Renault
Renault is one of the oldest and largest car manufacturers in the world. Renault has been making cars since 1898, is present in 134 countries and has sold 3.9 million vehicles in 2018. To meet the major technological challenges of the future, the Renault group is very active in R&D and innovation. The Renault group has collaborated with Heudiasyc laboratory, a joint UTC/CNRS research laboratory, almost since its creation in 1981. Its connection to the academic world took an even deeper turn in March 2017, when Renault and Heudiasyc created SIVALab, a joint laboratory specializing in localization and perception systems for autonomous vehicles. SIVALab is intended to harness the potential of Heudiasyc’s autonomous vehicle platforms developed around the electric car Renault ZOE.
CEA
The French Alternative Energies and Atomic Energy Commission (CEA) is a key player in research, development and innovation in four main areas: defence and security, low carbon energies (nuclear and renewable energies), technological research for industry, fundamental research in the physical sciences and life sciences. There are more than 20.500 employees, 222 startups, 720 active patents, etc (www.cea.fr).
Orange
Orange is one of the largest companies in Europe in telecommunications and services. There is a long collaboration between Orange and UTC, a great number of internships and about 12 PhD are fruit of this cooperation.
Saint Gobain
Saint Gobain, one of the major companies in light and sustainable construction already installed in Albania, has expressed its interest in participating in EMSSE program. Saint-Gobain is the first founding industrial member of Partnerial Foundation of UTC. Saint-Gobain designs, produces and distributes materials and solutions that improve everyone’s comfort and thus meet the expectations of a constantly changing world.
Voltalia
Voltalia is a French company specialized in renewable energy solutions for the global energy and ecological transition movement. Voltalia has grown to become an international Energy Producer and Service Provider. Voltalia is present in Albania with a very large Photovoltaique Parc (www.voltalia.com.)
Delmon group
Delmon group is specialized in manufacturing for automotive, Aerospace, Defense, Railway, Defense and Energy sectors. It is implanted in Elbasan, Albania with a new manufacturing plant in 2018 in order to propose “best costs” solutions (www.delmon-group.com).

Leonardo is an Italian company that has implanted a national hub in Genoa dedicated to the digitalisation of Italian industry. The Hub’s main capabilities include High Performance Computing, Cloud, big data, Artificial Intelligence, cyber security and cyber resilience, and robotics.
